Il nostro cliente è un player importante in ambito **FMCG** che presenta una gamma prodotti diversificata a seconda delle proprie esigenze (Stationery, Makeup, Food, Consumer Electronics etc).
Opera su 3 canali di business: Retail, Wholesale e E-Commerce ed è presente in più di 70 paesi in tutto il mondo.
Per supportare la loro forte espansione, stiamo supportando il loro **Dipartimento di Logistica **che ha la necessità di inserire una figura di **Inbound Logistics Manager.**
La figura riporterà direttamente al COO, coordinerà 2 figure in ambito Inbound & Outbound e sarà responsabile delle seguenti attività:
- Gestione delle le spedizioni da fornitori, in particolare da Far East, selezionando i partner che garantiscano il miglior trade off tra costi e servizio, con particolare attenzione alla minimizzazione dei lead time da prontezza a disponibilità a magazzino
- Garantire pieno allineamento tra i dati delle spedizioni **inbound** e outbound e le informazioni presenti a gestionale, gestendo setup e integrazioni con lo strumento di Transport Management più adatto al contesto e alle necessità dell'azienda
- Gestione del flusso documentale delle importazioni sia verso i trasportatori che, laddove richiesto, verso dogana o altri enti preposti. Gestire gli sdoganamenti e assicurare una rapida risoluzione di eventuali anomalie o richieste di verifiche e controlli
- Garantire la corretta e tempestiva indicazione di voci doganali, dazi e tariffe interfacciandosi con dogana e con gli enti preposti
- Gestione dei tender di trasporti, sia verso spedizionieri inbound che verso trasportatori outbound, a copertura del business sia camionistico che espressistico che collettame
- Gestione delle **spedizioni** verso clienti per tutti i canali di vendita assicurando il migliore trade off tra servizio, puntualità e costo, selezionando partner che diano piena tracciabilità e rapida risoluzione delle anomalie
- Garantire la corretta e tempestiva preparazione di documenti accessori per la corretta esportazione della merce verso clienti (Certificati d'Origine, REX, etc.)
- **Import & Export**: definizione di regole di trasporto merce, con particolare attenzione a merce **deperibile/sensibile**:
- **Analisi di flussi**, dinamiche e metriche proponendo migliorie legate alle esigenze attuali e future e definizione di piani di azione da discutere con il management
- Gestione dell'espansione internazionale di Legami sia in ottica di spedizioni che di un'eventuale presenza logística, seguendo il progetto, selezionando il partner e strutturando i flussi e le integrazioni necessarie
- Definizione della **reportistica** richiesta mantenendo il pieno monitoraggio e presidio delle metriche chiave delle spedizioni
**Requisiti**:
- Esperienza in pregressa di almeno 4-5 anni in ambito logística con particolare attenzione in ambito **Inbound**:
- Buona conoscenza della lingua **Inglese**:
- Preferibile provenienza dal mondo **FMCG, Mass Market, GDO**:
- Titolo di studio in materie scientifiche o affini
- Buona conoscenza di **Excel**:
- Buona capacità di **analisi, problem solving e orientamento al cliente**
