La posizione è una figura cruciale nel dipartimento di Salute e Sicurezza, che riporterà direttamente al Responsabile del Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione.Requisiti MinimiEssere in possesso di qualifica di ASPPLaurea nel settore Sicurezza, Ingegneria o altri campi specifici come minimo e tra i 6 mesi – 1 anno di esperienza lavorativa nel settore Sicurezza (incluso esperienze di stage)Come alternativa ai requisiti tecnici può essere considerata Diploma di scuola superiore e minimo 2 anni di esperienza nel ruolo di ASPP/RSPP in ambiti produttivi/produzione/magazzinoPossedere una comprensione delle rilevanti ed essenziali normative in ambito di sicurezzaPossedere meticolosa cura ed attenzione ai dettagliPossibilità di lavorare in autonomia e sotto la minima supervisioneAbilità di lavorare per obbiettivi e scadenzeAvere buone capacità comunicative, verbali e scritteLivello minimo di inglese A2Proattività e capacità di utilizzo del pacchetto office ed altre piattaforme infrastrutturaliResponsabilità ChiaveEffettuare Valutazioni del Rischio e verificare l'implementazione delle misure di controllo fino al loro completamentoEffettuare report giornalieri sulle metriche interne e riportare le deviazioniApprofondire i dati sulla sicurezza nei luoghi di lavoro, come indice infortunistico e Near MissFare leva sulla tua conoscenza della normativa e procedure Amazon per effettuare attività di auditing e consigliare i dipendentiMonitorare continuamente l'ambiente lavorativo mantenendo un'alta attenzione sul rispetto dei requisiti di sicurezza secondo le procedure sulla sicurezza di AmazonSupportare nell'investigare incidenti e near miss al fine di determinarne la causa radiceSviluppare piani d'azione per assicurare continuamente e in modo sostenuto la cogenza normativaComportarsi sempre in modo professionale mantenendo la confidenzialità delle informazioni durante le indagini degli incidentiGarantire flessibilità per l'orario ai fini di garantire il completamento delle indagini di incidenti, disponibilità a lavorare sui turni compreso weekendEssere in grado di supportare il magazzino attraverso l'utilizzo di strumenti specifici e piattaforme informaticheSupportare il magazzino attraverso la formazione continua su temi di salute e sicurezzaUn Giorno nella VitaVerificare le informazioni del turno precedenteMettere in pratica le routine giornaliere, settimanali o mensiliFare audit nel magazzino in tutte le sue aree operativeConfrontarsi quotidianamente con Operations per verificare l'attuazione delle procedure di sicurezzaSupervisione e verifica del sistema gestionale sulla sicurezzaAmazon è un datore di lavoro che offre pari opportunità.
