SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
**Posizione**:
**Responsabilità**:
- sviluppare i clienti aziendali esistenti e i clienti potenziali con caratteristiche in linea con la strategia di sviluppo aziendale
- essere in grado di analizzare approfonditamente il portafoglio prodotti e gli obiettivi strategici del cliente, sia mediante strumenti documentali, sia mediante visite dirette al cliente
- Essere in grado di identificare le necessità del cliente e di fornire possibili soluzioni specifiche (custom), iniziando progetti concreti
- Supportato dalla struttura aziendale, completare i progetti fino ad arrivare all'ordine del cliente
**Requisiti**:
**Requisiti:
- Fondamentale essere in possesso di Laurea in Chimica, Tecnologie farmaceutiche o Farmacia
- 5-7 anni di esperienza nel settore della produzione o distribuzione di prodotti/servizi chimico farmaceutici
- Conoscenza approfondita del mercato farmaceutico e dei servizi correlati, delle tecnologie, degli operatori manifatturieri e delle dinamiche di mercato
- 3-5 anni di esperienza nel ruolo di Business Development, Sales o Project Manager
- Mentalità progettuale e capacità di lavorare per obiettivi
- Capacità di negoziazione e di comunicazione sia orale che scritta
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Costituisce titolo preferenziale esperienza nel settore delle materie prime del settore farmaceutico

Sede di lavoro: Milano e Smart Working (verrà richiesta la presenza in sede soprattutto nel periodo iniziale)
