The Junior Brand Manager needs to maximize our digital capabilities to drive achievement of strategic objectives through the development of high-quality content for mobilization through digital channels.

Role and responsibilities

Development and execution of digital channel marketing to prepare future Rezzayo launch ensuring the best pre-marketing and marketing initiatives which can put us in the best position to maximize the successful brand launch.

Understand current and emerging digital channels and digital best practices, and provide strategic recommendations.

Adapt global/regional digital assets and campaign materials for local implementation working closely with the Customer Engagement Strategy Director & Medical Associate Director in the earlier stages.

Develop digital promotion, communication, and marketing materials using Adobe Pro or similar.

Drive digital planning integration into brand and medical strategies to maximize use and impact of digital channels.

Develop a content sales flow that aligns content delivery to the customer type and needs.

Collaborate to plan and execute commercial processes such as, but not limited to: brand planning and omnichannel promotion, strategic launch planning, design thinking, and competitive readiness.

Work with cross-functional teams to localize the brand plan, leveraging innovation to ensure the optimal HCP experience.

Utilize digital channel analytics to gain in-depth knowledge of customer behaviors, channel and content success, and trends.

Collaborate with a wide range of cross-functional teams, who touch critical commercial processes (e.g. Customer Engagement Execution, Medical, Patient Value & Access) to develop market insights.

What you'll bring

Fluent in English and Italian.

2-4 years' experience in digital marketing and/or channel management. Omnichannel experience is desirable.

Experience with Veeva CRM system.

Proficient in Adobe Pro or similar.

Familiarity with the ABPI code of practice.

Experience working within the pharmaceutical industry is desirable.

Relevant experience in managing and executing multiple cross-functional initiatives at once, collaborating with local, Cluster and Global levels.
