What we are looking for: You will report to our Head Housekeeper supporting him/her in the management of day-to-day operations. You will ensure our guests have a memorable experience according to company standards. You will lead and inspire the Housekeeping team by example, creating an environment for them to be their best, encouraging their development and growth. You will be responsible for ensuring that the highest standards of cleanliness are achieved within company guidelines. Supervise and control the cleanliness and maintenance of all our bedrooms and public areas. Effectively and efficiently meet all of our guests' requests. Individuals: You're looking for a place where you can be you; no clones in suits here. Passion for hospitality - whether that's a drink, a meal, an event, or a bed for the night. You're all about having a positive impact on the people you interact with, leaving them with a memorable experience. You're not precious. We leave our egos at the door and help get things done. You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other, and has fun. Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role, ideally 3 years as a Floor Supervisor in a 4 or 5 stars Hotel. Strong orientation for details and precision. You will need to be a motivator for the team to ensure constant growth. Knowledge of the Opera operating system will be an advantage. We are looking for a person who has a passion for the world of hospitality. Your main goal is to have a positive impact on the people you interact with, leaving them with a memorable experience. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a hardworking, mutually supportive team. Good knowledge of written and spoken English required. Good knowledge of the Office package.
