Description and RequirementsCan you manage our Paid Social & Search media campaigns? Are you a good communicator who can develop, explain, and execute media strategies?
In this role, you will be part of the Media COE, an internal team helping coordinate and strategise Media activation for the EMEA region. You will guide and oversee the management of Paid Social and Search media campaigns from brief to execution for Lenovo at an EMEA level (41 countries). You will define strategies through various media channels, working closely with internal and external specialists and pressing for better, more effective campaigns. You will report to our Director, EMEA Media COE based in Paris. You will also collaborate closely with our other channels experts in Italy and Strategic Media Planners based in the UK.
The role will focus on setting Lenovo up for best-in-class execution of Paid Social and Search across the region, working closely with the local marketing teams. We would like someone with strong expertise in Paid social activation.
Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies for brand and sub-brand campaigns across social media and search platforms.Ensure alignment with business objectives and target audiences.Cultivate strong relationships with key social media partners.Analyze project briefs and objectives for social and search media activations.Recommend budgets, timelines, and optimization strategies.Monitor campaign performance against benchmarks.Explore novel approaches to maximize impact.Manage multiple campaigns across various countries (EMEA region).Qualifications: Minimum 5 years managing paid social and search campaigns.Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign trafficking, QA processes, and performance monitoring.Hands-on experience with platforms like Google, Microsoft, and Amazon.Strong understanding of digital campaign metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS).Track campaign performance and define optimization strategies.Familiarity with running campaigns on LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, Pinterest, Reddit, and Discord.Proficiency in campaign trafficking, social ad formats, conversion pixels, and UTM tracking.Fluent in English and Italian.What can we offer: Life InsurancePension/ Retirement PlanHealth Coverage PlanMeal VouchersEmployee Referral BonusChildren of Lenovo Employees Scholarship ProgramLenovo and Motorola Product DiscountsEmployee Assistance Program, e.g., for health, legal & financial consultancyInternal E-learning Development Platform Available for EmployeesWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
