Dein Aufgabenbereich Allgemeine Verwaltungsaufgaben: Du unterstützt das Real Estate und Facility-Team bei administrativen Tätigkeiten und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Tagesgeschäft Verwaltung und Organisation von Wartungen und Instandhaltungen: Du koordinierst die regelmäßige Wartung und Instandhaltung unserer Liegenschaften und stellst sicher, dass alle Maßnahmen fristgerecht durchgeführt werden Datenpflege: Du pflegst und aktualisierst die Daten in unserem System, insbesondere im Bereich Wartung, Instandhaltung und Fälligkeiten Einholen von Angeboten und Preisvergleiche: Du recherchierst und holst Angebote von Dienstleistern ein, führst Preisvergleiche durch und unterstützt das Team bei der Entscheidungsfindung Begleitung und Betreuung von externen Dienstleistern: Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern und sorgst für eine reibungslose Umsetzung der beauftragten Arbeiten Deine Kompetenzen Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, idealerweise mit einem technischen Schwerpunkt Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Facility Management, Immobilienverwaltung oder in einer vergleichbaren Position sind von Vorteil Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, sowie Kenntnisse in der Arbeit mit Datenbanksystemen sind von Vorteil Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit Gute Deutsch- Italienisch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Wir bieten Eine äußerst dynamische und interessante Tätigkeit mit der Möglichkeit zur Weiterentwicklung in einem zukunftsorientierten und international erfolgreichem Unternehmen Ein angenehmes Arbeitsumfeld Betriebsrestaurant Mitarbeiterparkplatz Sollten wir dein Interesse geweckt haben, dann freuen wir uns auf deine Bewerbung.
