**Posizione**:
L' Equipment Engineering Specialist, nell'ambito dell'Uffico Tecnico di Ricerca e Sviluppo (R&D), deve:
- Sviluppare in modo prevalentemente autonomo attività di progettazione di base e di dettaglio di parti di impianto nella propria specializzazione, anche in relazione ai progetti di investimento dell'intera area R&D.
- Partecipare all'innovazione del know-how aziendale di macchine/impianti.
- Collaborare alle attività di manutenzione meccanica dell'intera area R&D, consigliando ed implementando eventuali migliorie.
- Coordinare ed interfacciarsi con i fornitori degli equipment/macchine della propria area di competenza.
**Responsabilità**:
- Conoscenza approfondita dei principi di funzionamento delle macchine operatrici (compressori, ventole, pompe centrifughe, a membrana, ad ingranaggi, etc.
), e loro accessori (sistemi di tenuta, riduttori, motovariatori, tenute meccaniche, trascinamento magnetico, etc.).

- Conoscenza delle caratteristiche meccaniche dei materiali;
- Conoscenza delle normative Macchine, PED e della loro applicazione nel design di equipment;
- Conoscenza della normativa ATEX e della sua applicazione nella richiesta delle certificazioni relative alle macchine;
- Sviluppo foglio specifica preliminare di macchine, validazione técnica offerte e collaborazione con vendor per finalizzare la fornitura;
- In termini di disegno meccanico, sviluppo prototipi di dispositivi su piccola scala, per l'applicazione in laboratorio o su scala pilota, in ottemperanza alle principali normative tecniche di progettazione e tenendo conto degli aspetti di sicurezza ed operatività, contribuendo allo sviluppo e alla messa a punto di nuove tecnologie e macchinari, interfacciandosi con la funzione manutenzione e il reparto;
- Rispetto degli standards interni, delle norme tecniche e delle normative di legge per le attività di progettazione di apparecchi e macchine.
**Qualifiche**:
Diploma di scuola superiore (chimica - meccanica)
Esperienza qualificata maturata nell'ambito di attività di progettazione e manutenzione, di macchine e apparecchi.
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2)
**Competenze**:
- Conoscenza norme tecniche di progettazione meccanica e adozione standards aziendali;
- Conoscenza delle norme nazionali riguardanti gli aspetti di sicurezza e qualità (Direttiva macchine, norme PED, norme CEI/ATEX, D.Lgs 81/08, D.Lgs 105/15 (ex 334/99) etc.
);
- Ottima conoscenza dei software AUTOCAD e MS OFFICE;
- Conoscenza di base dei sistemi informatici aziendali (SAP, etc.
).

- Propensione al lavoro in campo nelle fasi di messa in marcia di macchine critiche e identificazione criticità di funzionamento.
- Propensione all'innovazione per la definizione di nuove soluzioni tecnologiche tipiche di un Centro Ricerche.
- Flessibilità nel seguire le variazioni richieste durante lo sviluppo di progetti innovativi, capacità di astrazione nell'attività di sviluppo di prototipi, forte proattività anche in ambienti complessi.
