Environmental Remediation and Compliance Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Remediation and Compliance Specialist to join our team at LyondellBasell. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with National Laws (Law 152/2006) and Company Standards regarding Environmental Management on waste management and remediation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities in line with legal compliance (DLGS 152/2006) and Corporate Operational Excellence standards for Waste management and remediation
  • Serve as Site coordinator of involved parties in Waste Management: plants, ACR, procurement, engineering and maintenance
  • Implement, manage and update internal operating procedures in Waste Management and remediation
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in environmental fields
  • Good knowledge of English language
Preferred Qualifications
  • Training courses: DPR 151/2011, D. Lgs. 105/2015, DM 3/8/2015, . 152/2006
  • Specific experience in environmental management (IPPC, ISO14001, waste management)
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is €70,000 - €90,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
