This role is pivotal in overseeing the customer journey.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMore specifically, the main activities will be:Implement methods, processes, and tools for monitoring Customer Experience KPIsPlan, execute and monitor Customer Experience improvement programs, particularly focusing on optimizing the customer journey through all the touchpoints (online and offline).Define and coordinate customer profiling within the company, ensuring data management processes support the CRM strategy.Collaborate with various company stakeholders (Sales, Customer Service, Communication, IT) to align CRM strategies with local market dynamics and customer preferencesMonitor the KPI target evolution including recruitment and retention.Create and organize trunk show that is more than just a sales event.
