Società leader a livello mondiale nel campo della misurazione e del rilevamento Principali responsabilità Il marketing consiste nel coinvolgere le persone attraverso materiali promozionali e campagne creative, e include pubblicità, marketing diretto e pubbliche relazioni (PR). La figura dovrà: •Supervisionare e sviluppare la strategia di marketing e comunicazione• Creare piani di marketing che attraggono più clienti, collaborando con creatori di contenuti, copywriter e responsabili delle pubbliche relazioni, per garantire che le pubblicazioni, gli annunci pubblicitari e i contenuti digitali raggiungano il pubblico di destinazione• Promuovere l'interesse nei prodotti o servizi di un'azienda• Assicurarsi che il pubblico di destinazione venga a conoscenza di un prodotto o servizio e capisca come usarlo, sottolineandone i benefici per aumentare le vendite attraverso efficaci campagne di marketing• Comunicare con il pubblico target sviluppando strategie per aumentare il coinvolgimento dei clienti, tramite brand awareness• Ricercare quali canali di marketing, piattaforme di social media e pubblicazioni possono raggiungere il vostro pubblico di destinazione più efficace•Creare piani pubblicitari, lavorando con creatori di contenuti e grafici per creare pubblicità per giornali e riviste, decidendo quale piattaforma utilizzare• Gestire i contenuti dei social media, selezionando piattaforme diverse• Gestire la produzione di video, articoli online e contenuti del blog per promuovere il prodotto o il servizio , tramite campagne di direct marketing• Partecipare a fiere ed esposizioni• Organizzare iniziative di PR, scrivendo un comunicato stampa da inviare a giornalisti e organi di stampa• Gestire i budget di marketing per diversi aspetti delle campagne pubblicitarie e di marketing, decidendo quali canali pubblicitari, piattaforme di social media o pubblicazioni offrono un miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo per un maggiore ritorno sull'investimento Principali caratteristiche richieste Il candidato dovrà possedere le seguenti competenze: •Abilità comunicative spiccate: ottima capacità di parlare, ascoltare e scrivere per comunicare con un vasto pubblico•Multi-tasking: saper organizzare un evento o premere lancio durante il controllo e la correzione di bozze di un annuncio e la gestione di altri dipendenti del team; supervisionare diverse campagne di marketing e promozioni allo stesso tempo•Creatività: essere in grado di esplorare nuovi modi per commercializzare un prodotto o un servizio o per catturare l'attenzione dei clienti•Attenzione ai dettagli•Capacità di rispettare le scadenze, fissando obiettivi e fissandoli per priorità•Leadership•Organizzazione•Pensiero critico Stai cercando un Marketing Communication Manager per la tua azienda?
