Support the development and implementation of the Marketing & Communication strategies for Decathlon Italy wholesale project (B2B & B2B2C).

Working directly with the Marketing & Comm Teams Decathlon Italy (i.e. Content, Media, PR, Advocacy & Events) to ensure the visibility and the communication strategies of wholesale departments projects.

The Decathlon wholesale project is regrouping B2B entities (club and associations, tourism companies, wellbeing companies, schools and Public Administrations), Gift card (B2B and BC2) and the resellers/ rent project.

Our ambition is to improve our brand awareness and the knowledge of our services and to be a referent sport brand for professionals.

Strongly linked with the Marketing & Communication Italian team, your role will be to participate to give more visibility to wholesales projects and campaigns and to work closely with all teams of Decathlon Italia Communication & Marketing team.

Key Job Responsibilities

**Project Management**:

- Support Wholesale campaign planning and management from insights generation to conception and launch working directly with our main agencies
- Work directly hand in hand with the Sales and Marketing & Comm Decathlon Italy team to guarantee wholesale projects visibility in Decathlon channels according to the strategy.
- Formalise integrated strategies and projects launches into mensual presentations and calendars for internal wholesale teammates working in services and in retail
- Plan all Wholesale Marketing & Communication activities including campaigns, PR & Advocacy activities, Events, Circularity Projects in alignment with business requirements
- Communicate our projects internal to Decathlon’s Teammates

**Event and PR**:

- Organization of webinars / events for partners in partnership with Decathlon Italia event team
- Working directly with Decathlon Italian PR team to highlights B2B projects into the press
- Create connections with B2B journalists

**Social Media**:

- Work with Social Media director to insert wholesale communication according to the strategy
- Work with Linkedin Social Media Manager to guarantee our visibility in Linkedin Channel

**Profil**:

- At least 5 years’ experience in marketing environment
- Knowledge of Sport B2B environment will be a plus
- Degree in marketing/communication area
- Fluent in English
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with positive vision
- Relational and communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Strong collaboration and Team-work abilities
- Starting date: April-May 2024

Hybrid work (2 days at home / 3 days at the office)
