That's where you come in.Join usWe are looking for a Testing Engineer based in HQ, Milan.Support the engineering team with the definition of the testing protocol, create the detail plan of work of the qualification, align the stakeholders with the defined plan ensuring their readiness, follow the qualification process, predict and/or solve eventual complications given by the complexity of the projects, collect data and activate optimization and/or developmentResponsibilities and DutiesAttend the tests checking the correctness of the executionReview the protocols and the product performance to ensure the feasibility of the testsSupport during the bidding phase by defining the qualification requirementsOrganize the test (material, workforce, attendees)Help on the definition of the new testing protocolsQualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering or more (technical field preferred)Good level of English (written and oral)Preferred experience with tests/laboratories/qualification processSoft skillsGood communication skillsAvailability to travelAbility of working with people from different culturesProblem solvingProactivityAbility of working under pressurePredict, manage and solve eventual complexitySupport on the overall organization of the laboratories to maximize the outputDialogue with colleagues to ensure a continuous sharing of lesson learnt and best practicesDialogue with clients to ensure the satisfaction of expectationsYour application data will be treated according to our Data Protection Policy.
