General Secretary

Vos missions au quotidienWork environment Under the hierarchical responsibility of the General secretary, the candidate will be responsible and cooperate in the management of the Legal and Risk/Compliance matters of the Italian Branch (Life and non-life activities).
The candidate will act as a support for all areas of business being involved in the new projects or product development of the Branch, shaping of the legal and/or compliance documentation, in line with the laws, regulations and applicable procedures, in coordination with the different departments, analyzing the possible Risk and mitigation measures to be put in place.
Main activities of the General Secretary department for which the resource will provide support

• Complaints management
. KRI monitoring and HO report management
- KYC activities (pep screening, client screening for sanction&embargo) – AML activities
- Management, follow up of legal and compliance procedure
- Preparation of ad hoc training for the staff related to compliance topic/procedure
- Archive of document, supervision and control of shared email
- Collection of info for report/analysis etc
- Providing legal and compliance risk assessment prior to the launch of any new product by the Branch
- Ensuring the control of legal and compliance risks concerning all the activities he/she has in charge
- Drafting, implementing and monitoring contracts and agreements of the company
- Manage GDPR topics
Et si c'était vous?• Degree in law /economics
• Experience in the insurance sector (1 or 2 years) is an advantage
- Experience on GDPR topic management is requested
• Fluent in English. Good knowledge of French or Italian is an advantage
• Capacity to work in autonomy and with different interlocutors (external lawyer, Parent Company's legal department, other departments within the branch (finance, operation, marketing...)
• Proactive and reactive person
• Problem solving and spirit of initiative
• Solid MS-Office knowledge
