Per azienda chimica-farmaceutica operante nella zona di Pisa, stiamo cercando una figura junior da inserire nel team di Ingegneria che si specializzerà nel monitoraggio dei processi e nelle attività di miglioramento e mantenimento dei flussi di lavoro.Principali mansioni e responsabilità:- Offrire supporto nella definizione della strategia degli impianti di produzione e fornire assistenza tecnica, risolvendo eventuali problemi relativi alle attrezzature/strumenti, fornendo formazione, aggiornamenti, miglioramenti in termini di efficienza e sicurezza, diagnostiche, ecc.- Eseguire studi di fattibilità su impianti e apparecchiature di processo;- Monitorare le performance degli impianti e definire le azioni di miglioramento ed efficientamento delle macchine/impianti di sua competenza;- Contribuire alla definizione di piani di manutenzione preventiva per gli impianti nuovi ed esistenti;- Collaborare con il Maintenance Department, EHS e altri reparti operativi, sia a livello locale che globale;- Fornire supporto nella gestione delle procedure operative standard (SOP), delle buone pratiche di fabbricazione (GMP) di ingegneria e garantire che la documentazione ingegneristica fornita sia aggiornata e conforme ai requisiti tecnici, di qualità e sicurezza;- Gestire le risorse idriche ed energetiche e monitorare l'impatto ambientale.Requisiti richiesti:- Laurea in Ingegneria;- Preferibile esperienza nel ruolo e nel settore di riferimento (anche in stage);- Buona conoscenza dei processi produttivi e delle tecnologie per ottimizzarli/efficientarli;- Capacità di analisi ed esecuzione di test;- Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, AutoCAD e del software Project per la creazione dei Gantt;- Ottime capacità di gestione, organizzazione e relazione;- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;- Disponibilità a essere reperibile.Offriamo:- Contratto a tempo determinato di sei mesi con prospettiva di inserimento.Il presente annuncio è rivolto a candidati di entrambi i sessi, nel rispetto del decreto legislativo 198/2006 sulla parità di trattamento tra uomini e donne.
