Takeda Pharmaceutical is seeking a highly skilled Plant and Process Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Process and Plant Engineering team, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of ordinary and extraordinary activities assigned to the team.
Key Responsibilities- Vendor and Contractor Management: Coordinate with vendors and contractors to support project implementation and production throughput.
- Manufacturing Facility Strategy: Support the development and implementation of manufacturing facility strategies and capital project roadmaps in accordance with Process and Plant Engineering site Lead.
- Quality and EHS: Support quality audit inspections and EHS local site programs, and implement safety measures in accordance with current regulations.
- Feasibility Studies: Perform feasibility studies on plant and process equipment.
- Equipment Capacity Analysis: Accountable for equipment capacity model analysis and definition.
- Maintenance Assessment: Support maintenance assessment evaluation for new equipment and modify preventive maintenance programs in conjunction with the Maintenance Department.
- Process Equipment Resolution: Collaborate with the Maintenance Department and other operations departments to resolve issues related to process equipment.
- Engineering Program Deployment: Support the Engineering site Lead in the local deployment of global engineering programs.
- Engineering SOP Deployment: Support the deployment of global engineering SOP.
- Engineering Documentation: Ensure that all provided engineering documentation is updated and compliant with technical, quality, and safety requirements.
- CAPA Analysis and Execution: Support analysis and execution of CAPA in agreement with other site functions.
- On-Call Service: Availability for on-call service when required.
- Budget Management: Provide support with site engineering lead to budget management.
- Change Control and Ownership: Manage change control and ownership for new implementation projects.
- Pest Control System: Accountable for Pest Control system in agreement with quality department.
- Water and Energy Facility Management: Accountable for water and energy facility management, monitoring, and related project optimization.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience.
- Teamwork: Teamwork skills.
- IT Skills: Proficient ability of working tools Office Suite.
- ERP Software: Knowledge of most used industrial ERP software (SAP and JDEdwards).
- Project Management Software: Knowledge of most used project management software.
- Cloud-Based Data Access: Basic knowledge of cloud-based data access and sharing software.
- Analysis Skills: Able to analyze results from tests and understand results from this.
