Context and Purpose of the job The Digital Business Operations Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce business. This position is responsible for executing various operational tasks, including order management monitoring, managing daily escalations coming from Client Service and coordinating with regional teams to maintain a premium online shopping experience for our customers.
