Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Operations Specialist to join our team at Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd. As a key member of our Ad Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our clients' campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Ad Operations team in managing the implementation of tags and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) for clients.
  • Collaborate with the Paid Search team to track and optimize campaigns for assigned clients.
  • Liaise with the Client Services team to provide raw data and advanced reporting to clients.
  • Contribute to the development and testing of new ad tech products developed by the Ad Operations team or other Dentsu's teams.
  • Assist in creating engaging and informative presentation materials for internal and external clients.
  • Build strong relationships with Client Services and other channel teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
  • Excellent computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Familiarity with analytic technology.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team working and collaborative attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and complete assignments within parameters.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of programming languages (JavaScript, HTML).
