Cosa prevede l'offerta? Cosa vorremmo trovare in te? Esperienza consolidata nel ruolo di Director of Revenue o in posizioni analoghe;Competenze approfondite nella gestione delle strategie di pricing e revenue management;Conoscenza dei principali strumenti di gestione e monitoraggio del revenue;Conoscenza del mercato di Milano centro – segmento luxury (4 e 5 L) nonché dei mercati internazionali;Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, dei principali sistemi di distribuzione e gestionali (PMS, RMS, CRS, GDS, ICM, IBE);Eccellenti capacità relazionali e di negoziazione;Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese.Di cosa ti occuperai? Creazione e gestione dei piani annuali di Revenue per le due strutture, in relazione ai mercati di riferimento, in collaborazione con il Sales Director e i General Manager;Monitoraggio continuo delle performance aziendali e del mercato;Definizione di budget e forecast per il reparto revenue;Gestione e coordinamento di un team dedicato al revenue management;Identificazione di nuove opportunità di business e analisi della concorrenza;Elaborazione di report dettagliati per la direzione aziendale;Supervisione e miglioramento dei sistemi di revenue management;Assicurare l'allineamento delle strategie di revenue con gli obiettivi aziendali.Se pensi che sia l'opportunità giusta per te, candidati subito.
