La divisione Technical & Engineering di Randstad Professionals, specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili di middle e senior management, su incarico di un'importante azienda cliente della provincia di Gorizia, settore HVAC, è alla ricerca di un/a:
PROPOSAL ENGINEERING MANAGER
La risorsa, strategica per l'organizzazione, gestirà le attività di preventivazione tecnica e coordinerà un team composto da 4 persone.
Nello specifico, si occuperà di:
Gestione di un team composto da 4 persone;
Contatto con i clienti e gli Area Manager/agenti,
Invio di preventivi al cliente;
Inserimento degli ordini dei clienti;
Follow-up delle performance e dei KPI;
Calcoli termodinamici per unità ventilate standard:
Comunicazione e supporto con clienti, agenti e Area Manager:
Preparazione di documenti informativi per l'ufficio tecnico da allegare agli ordini.
Stiamo cercando persone che abbiano voglia di mettersi in gioco all'interno di un contesto dinamico e in crescita.
Nello specifico, in candidato ideale ha maturato le seguenti caratteristiche:
Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica / Energetica o Diploma di Termotecnico o equivalente formazione tecnica
Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel ruolo;
Conoscenza nel campo della Refrigerazione e/o HVAC;
Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese;
La conoscenza della lingua francese verrà considerata un plus
Orientamento al raggiungimento dei risultati;
Buone doti comunicative e relazionali;
Capacità di leadership;
Ottime capacità di organizzazione e pianificazione del proprio lavoro.
