**Role scope**:
We are looking for a **Customer Service Analyst** located in Barge (CN) who will be in charge of interact with customers on behalf of the organization. He/ she provide information about products and services, take orders, respond to customer complaints, and process returns.
Customer service analyst need strong listening and speaking skills to clearly and accurately respond to customer inquiries and concerns. He / she must listen carefully to customers to understand their needs and concerns in order to be able to resolve the call as efficiently and effectively as possible and respond to questions and complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
Customer service analyst interact with many different people. Creating and maintaining positive relationships is an essential part of a customer service representative's job. Workers must be patient and polite, especially when dealing with difficult or angry customers. When addressing customer issues, customer service representatives need to analyze situations, investigate problems, and determine solutions.
Essential Responsibilities:
**Main Responsibilities / Tasks**:
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
- Respond promptly to customers inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquires
- Provide pricing and delivery information
- Perform customer verifications
- Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
- Manage customer's accounts
- Keep records of customer interaction and transactions
- Record details of action taken
- Maintain customer databases
- Manage administration
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Follow up on customer interactions
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Position Requirements:
**Years of Experience in the position**:1+ years of experience
**Qualification / Requirements**:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business disciplines
- Professional use of MS Office tools
- Ability to work with different priorities
- Teamwork
- Strong attitude to interpersonal relationships
- Excellent analytical skills, problem solving and proactivity.
- Languages: fluent English and German and / or French
