**LAND EXPERIENCE HUB SPECIALIST**
Per il nostro cliente, rinomata agenzia marittima che si occupa di coordinare un network di agenzie marittime attive su diversi porti, stiamo ricercando un L**and Experience Hub Specialist**, che verrà inserito **nella nuova b.u ''Land Experience''** e si occuperà di:
- Organizzazione delle escursioni a terra e delle offerte in ogni porto del proprio perimetro di attività (regione/nazione), insieme ai Land Experience Operations Manager di riferimento;
- Collaborare insieme agli uffici locali la contrattualistica dei fornitori utilizzati nel proprio perimetro di attività;
- Supportare i Land Experience Operations Manager nei rapporti con i fornitori locali (autobus, guide, etc.) nel proprio perimetro di attività;
- Coordinare la gestione delle emergenze in diretto riporto al Land Experience Hub Manager, all'interno del proprio perimetro di attività;
- Supportare nel processo di gestione reclami insieme agli uffici locali e ai fornitori, all'interno del proprio perimetro di attività.
- Supervisionare le attività di fatturazione dei diversi porti (file budget), all'interno del proprio perimetro di attività.
Si richiede:
- Diploma;
- Pregressa esperienza nella mansione;
- **Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese**;
- Ottime doti relazionali;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office.
