Displayce is a French technology platform specialising in digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising campaigns. For 9 years, we have been the only French player to take on the programmatic sector, which is often reserved to the largest international structures. More than 900,000 screens worldwide (US, UK, France, Spain…) are connected in real time to our platform to broadcast the DOOH campaigns for a hundred brands.
We are a team of 40 people based in Bordeaux (France), which will keep growing in 2024.
We operate throughout Europe with offices in London, Madrid and Amsterdam. Our objective is to open more offices in other European countries in 2024.
Since July 2022, JCDecaux has taken a majority stake in our structure and this alliance has given Displayce the opportunity to accelerate its development.
We are looking for a talented Head of Sales Italy to develop our sales activity in Italy, open our office and promote our Demand-Side Platform to agencies and brands in the Italian market.
Your Responsabilities and ImpactBeing the Displayce DSP representative in Italy :Managing a large client portfolio of media agencies (including the Big 6) and trading desksOrganising regular meetings with agency account managers, leading plenary sessions and creating a dynamic within each agency to generate a maximum number of briefs.Negotiating platform agreements and managing QBRsDriving uptake of the platform from the media agencies and trading desks and assisting them in creating their media plans:Identifying new opportunities to accelerate business and network.Bringing and maintaining a recurring pipeline of campaigns in our DSPEducating advertisers on the use of programmatic DOOH, including their agencies if necessaryWorking closely with the Customer Success Managers team to maintain a high level of satisfactionDeveloping strong industry networks and representing Displayce in-market and at eventsWho will you work with? You will join a team of 40 people, organised into Tech, Product, Supply, Sales and Data divisions and will report directly to the VP Sales.
You know the media environment perfectly with several successful experiences in advertising agencies in ItalyYou have a good understanding of programmatic media, knowledge of DOOH would be a plusYou have a particular affinity for complex media systems (RTB, DSP, ad exchanges…), but you also want to make them easy to understandYou like to find the best solutions for your client, your driving force is their satisfactionYou know how to work independently, you are rigorous and organisedYou are a self-driven-professional, who want to grow a small business unit within an international support frameworkYou speak and write professional English and are able to conduct meetings in EnglishLocationHiring ProcessWe propose a short (2 weeks) process in 3 steps:
