Align product delivery with external KPIs and internal standards, implementing measures for professional service.Main Responsibilities:Ensure global product delivery meets external KPIs and customer satisfaction targets.Act as key liaison with standard owner, representing the company at key meetings.Manage global accreditations, lead annual audits, and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.Oversee technical review, certification decisions, and PWS approvals.
