Are you ready to be part of the world's boldest and most impactful energy transition projects? We are looking for a new Technical Sales Manager for the team in Milan
The Inspection, Maintenance and Repair (IMR) team is in charge of repair and maintenance offering either as a stand-alone SLA (Service Level Agreements) or part of EPCI package. You will lead the development of the technical solution efficiently and effectively and support the Commercial Organization to focus on strategical value creation.
We work in the Transmission Segment and more specifically in the Submarine Power Cable business managing EPCI projects for Offshore Wind, Interconnection and Power from Shore applications.
As Technical Sales Manager your main responsibilities will be:
Lead technical interaction with Clients. Develop Technical Solution based on Client's requirements and Company offering. Lead and Coordinate engineering departments, other business units and affiliates, as well as other functions as it may be needed to prepare the offer. Prepare, harmonize and integrate the technical package. Gather and optimize costs. Develop new offering concepts and solutions for the IMR business. Assess projects on-hand and tenders main risks. Track and manage IMR sales and technical concepts and models. Visit Customers to understand their challenges and needs. Develop, establish and manage databases, procedures and regular reports related to all relevant information, guidelines, market and competitor activities. Act as Project Manager on short-term activities (e.g. Inspections) Manage the handover to the execution teams. Define and Implement improvement actions deriving from lessons learnt outputs. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic fast-paced environment , you are used with managing complex projects and quickly connect, analyze and cluster data to be reviewed and presented in different forms . She/He is able lead and manage the engineering and technical teams across the organization. We are looking for a quick learner with an effective time management and technical skills with innate ability to meet deadlines and work autonomously managing different peers across the Company.
This is a promising newly established business opening huge opportunities to position Prysmian into a fast-growing Service Market
You'll work closely with key stakeholders across the company to maintain consistency at a global scale and play a significant role in the development of successful and effective IMR solutions.
Travel Requirements: 30/40% depending on specific situation
