**Responsabilità**:
- Responsabile di supervisionare e monitorare l'attività di progettazione meccanica delle risorse assegnate al fine di garantire la produzione di documentazione técnica necessaria alla costruzione di macchine che soddisfino i requisiti di vendita, gli standard qualitativi aziendali e le normative di sicurezza applicabili;
- Pianificazione e coordinamento delle risorse assegnate;
- Assistenza al team prevendita al fine di concordare le distinte basi e i requisiti tecnici di vendita
**Mansioni**:
- Raggiungimento obiettivi assegnati da manager di reparto e monitoraggio tramite KPIs.
- Supporto tecnico ai disegnatori e responsabili di progetto.
- Pianificazione ed allocamento risorse sui progetti.
- Partecipazione alle attività di Daily Visual Management e promozione di problem solving ed eventi kaizen.
- Supporto ad attività di fattibilità relativa ad attività di preventivazione.
- Coaching and training a team leader e designer su processi e tool di reparto.
- Approvazione técnica al basic design su progetti Custom congiuntamente agli altri coordinatori di reparto.
- Analisi della pipeline di vendita : allocamento e organizzazione risorse di reparto.
- Sarà richiesta una frequente interazione con tutti gli enti operativi aziendali, in particolar modo:
- Reparti tecnici
- Reparto preventivazione
- Reparto Produzione e project management
- Reparto Acquisti
**Studi
- Corsi di Formazione**:
- Laurea quinquennale in Ingegneria Meccanica/Meccatronica o diploma di perito meccanico;
**Competenze Tecniche**:
- Ottima conoscenza del disegno tecnico meccanico;
- Buona conoscenza di uno strumento CAD Tridimensionale (preferibilmente Solid Edge)
- Pacchetto MS Office e MS Project per:
- Gestione calcolo costi
- Preparazione di Gantt di progetto
**Competenze Relazionali**:
- Richieste buone doti comunicative e capacità di sintesi;
- Orientamento al Problem Solving e alla gestione delle priorità e urgenze;
- Ottimizzazione dei tempi di lavoro.
**Competenze linguistiche**:
- Inglese buona/ottima conoscenza sia scritta che parlata.
**Esperienza**:
- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ambito di progettazione meccanica o preventivazione;
- Almeno 2 anni di esperienza di coordinamento.
