All'interno dell'area Operations, stiamo ricercando un/una Head of Operations Resources Planning and Monitoringresponsabile di garantire la pianificazione, il monitoraggio e il reporting sulle risorse Operations (HCs e costi), al fine di assicurare il presidio di efficienza e qualità del servizio.In particolare si occuperà di garantire e gestire: ·       l'adeguata allocazione del budget Operations, supervisionando l'ottimizzazione dei costi e assicurando un efficace sistema di reporting interno·       Il monitoraggio delle iniziative progettuali, in termini di stato di avanzamento delle attività, investimenti, capacity, rischi e opportunità, etc.·       Il monitoraggio della qualità dei processi e dei servizi di Operations (incluso IT), nonché la promozione di iniziative di performance improvementSarà inoltre responsabile della gestione e del monitoraggio dei contratti, delle performance (SLA) e dei rischi operativi associati ai principali fornitori di Operations e di supportare le funzioni competenti nella definizione della strategia Operations e della manutenzione del sistema dei Controlli.
