We are searching for a passionate and ambitious individual to join our team as a Founder's Associate.

Role Overview: As a Founder's Associate at Nucs AI, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the leadership team with a variety of business-related initiatives.
This is a unique opportunity to work side-by-side with the founders, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in a dynamic startup environment.
We're looking for someone who is highly adaptable, proactive, and eager to make a tangible impact.
Prior experience in startups, MedTech, or the US SaMD (Software as a Medical Device) market is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day business operations and drive strategic initiatives.
Conduct comprehensive market research to inform business development and growth strategies.
Prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Manage communications with investors, partners, and key stakeholders.
Support fundraising efforts and investor relations activities.
Contribute insights to product development discussions, reflecting market trends and needs.
Ensure smooth administrative operations across the team.
Play a key role in marketing and market access initiatives.
What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
A keen interest in startups and the MedTech space.
Strong ability to multitask, learn quickly, and adapt to new challenges.
Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with project management tools and CRM software is an asset.
Experience in a startup environment, MedTech, or US SaMD market is a significant plus.
