At Eram Talent, we are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Casual Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a Casual Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's restaurant and delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead the restaurant staff during casual dining shifts
Ensure adherence to restaurant policies and procedures
Train and develop staff members to deliver outstanding customer service
Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening/closing procedures and shift changes
Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including regular inspections
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
Handle cash transactions and perform cash register reconciliations
Comply with health and safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints
Knowledge of casual dining operations and service standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Flexible schedule, including evening, weekend, and holiday availability
Fluency in English is required, Arabic language skills are a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
