**About Enapter and what we do**:
Enapter is a rapidly-growing energy technology company with offices in Italy, Germany and Thailand.
We develop and produce Anion Exchange Membrane (AEM) electrolysers that enable low-cost green hydrogen production at any scale.

**What role will you play in building a green hydrogen future?
**
- Full Cycle Recruiting: You manage and drive the entire recruiting process for your positions
- Constantly examine existing processes and your recruiting activities based on KPIs and derive corresponding measures
- Beyond Recruiting: You think outside the box and proactively advance topics such as personal marketing, retention and diversity
**What do you need to help make our goals a reality?
**
- First things first: Enthusiasm for the part green hydrogen will play in tomorrow's world and Enapter's role in it
- You are a professional in end-to-end recruiting, sourcing and working with HR systems
- You are well connected on Linkedin and know your way around the best techniques in talent sourcing (Linkedin recruiter, active sourcing, talent attraction etc)
- You are well organised, creative and have a desire to work in a rapidly evolving environment
- You have a passion for ensuring the right people are in the right roles, every single time
- You enjoy using technology in your approach and are open to making processes more lean
- You come from a technical recruiting background (ideally chemistry and/or engineering)
- You have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Italian.
German is a Plus
