L' elaborazione dei dati e degli itinerari relativi agli arrivi e alle partenze dei differenti gruppi di partecipanti all'evento;Coordinare i trasferimenti di persone, bagagli ed equipaggiamenti sportivi dai punti di arrivo ai diversi luoghi di destinazione e viceversa, in collaborazione con la funzione trasporti;Accoglienza ed assistenza durante gli arrivi e le partenze di tutti i membri delle delegazioni presso i punti ufficiali di ingresso, in particolare l'aeroporto di Torino Caselle e la Stazione Ferroviaria di Porta Susa;Accoglienza e assistenza ai gruppi di clienti nei punti di ingresso, inclusi assistenza doganale e per i bagagli; Trasporto coordinato e supporto per il check-in e altre procedure di partenza;Coordinare il servizio dei volontari durante le varie fasi dell'evento.Requisiti minimi: Diploma/laurea;Esperienza di almeno 2 anni nel ruolo o in ruoli similari e nell'organizzazione di eventi di natura internazionale e preferibilmente sportivi;Conoscenza del settore Travel e Transportation;Conoscenza del Pacchetto Office ed eventuali altri applicativi Microsoft (Excel/Outlook/Teams);Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (almeno livello B1), gradita conoscenza di una seconda lingua;Possesso Patente di guida tipo B.Completano il profilo: Buone doti comunicative e relazionali;Eccellenti capacità di problem solving e di analisi;Buona capacità di gestione del tempo;Proattività, precisione e flessibilità.Si richiede disponibilità a orari flessibili, specialmente durante gli eventi sparsi per tutta la durata del contratto. Buona capacità di gestione del tempo per poter garantire il rispetto delle tempistiche strette del mondo eventi.
Si offre: Si offre inquadramento con Collaborazione Coordinata e Continuativa la cui retribuzione sarà commisurata alle competenze delle risorse.
Data inizio prevista: immediata.
Luogo di lavoro: Torino e sedi di Comitato.
