Let's talk We are looking for aWarehouse Support Specialistto help us ensure effective workflow by supporting our team in Castel San Pietro Terme (BO). YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE:Managing pre and post stock anomalies for the customerManaging receipt and stock anomaliesManagingreturn processes from dealers to Client (complaints, guarantees, rotations)Managing obsolescent material and excisable materials (oil and additives)Mantaining reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory controlEnsuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to inventory managementMaintaining accurate inventory records, including regular counts and reconciliations, to meet the client's inventory accuracy standardsManaging daily workplan of the warehouse staff activities and setting of priorities to ensure compliaing work procedures execution by the warehouse staff and productivity levelsReporting process and activity execution anomalies by operators and managing the resolution of anomalies detectedMonitoring and manage operational and Quality KPIs both internal (productivity, absenteeism, quality) and external required by the customer contractMonitoring and manage KPIs of housekeeping, safety, and environment.WHO YOU ARE:You have a High school diploma or equivalentYou are fluent in EnglishYou are proficient with Microsoft OfficeYou preferably have previous experience in warehouse contextsYou have problem-solving and analytical skillsYou have excellent verbal and written communication skillsDO YOU RECOGNIZE YOURSELF?
