Nell'ottica di una forte espansione della struttura Retail & Corporate e relativo incremento della forza lavoro, siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa che possa entrare a far parte del Team HR Recruiting / Talent Acquisition per accrescere il nostro potenziale di ricerca e selezione a livello nazionale.
Responsabilità: Stesura e pubblicazione delle job descriptions; Screening curricula e aggiornamento database; Contatto telefonico con i candidati (Phone Interview); Colloqui di selezione in autonomia e in collaborazione con gli Hiring Manager; Attività di onboarding (stesura contratti e lettere d'impegno).
Cosa richiediamo: Laurea triennale (requisito minimo) in discipline economiche, giuridiche o umanistiche; Almeno 1 anno di esperienza anche di stage nella ricerca e selezione all'interno di aziende strutturate o società di selezione; Conoscenza dei principali canali di reclutamento (Infojobs, Monster, Linkedin, etc.
); Determinazione e costanza nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi; Buona dialettica, professionalità; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e utilizzo dei dispositivi informatici; Contratto di assunzione a tempo determinato di sei mesi; V Livello CCNL Commercio - RAL: € 22.000 + variabile annuo di € 2.000 in base alle performance; Sala dotata di tutti i comfort per il pranzo ed il relax, con frutta fresca, bevande e snack; Corsi di formazione (Excel, inglese, etc.
); Concrete opportunità di crescita professionale in contesto giovane, altamente meritocratico e di respiro internazionale.
Il luogo di lavoro: Milano.
L'orario di lavoro: full-time da lunedì al venerdì dalle 09:00 alle 18:00.
