Head of Sales
- Digital Intelligence

Nota società internazionale, specializzata nel monitoraggio e raccolta dati, nello sviluppo di progetti di digital intelligence.
L'Head of Sales riporterà direttamente al CEO della società e avrà la responsabilità di seguire e coordinare il team sales, oltre che supportare lo sviluppo del business dell'azienda.
Le principali responsabilità saranno:
- Gestione delle relazioni commerciali con i clienti;
- Supervisione degli obiettivi commerciali della divisione e supporto al team;
- Amministrazione della divisione;
- Raggiungimento degli obiettivi commerciali aziendali, coordinando e gestendo le strutture operative;
- Supervisione del rispetto degli standard di qualità, servizio e di gestione conformi alle linee guida aziendali;
- Individuazione delle aree di criticità e capacità di intervenire con azioni di miglioramento ed efficientamento dei processi operativi interni;
- Cooperazione con gli altri dipartimenti (operations, finance).
**Competenze ed esperienza**:
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli di Sales Management focalizzati sullo sviluppo di strategie commerciali;
- Provenienza da presso società di servizi digitali B2B;
- Competenza consolidata nella strutturazione di funnel di vendita e gestione di pipeline commerciali;
- Esperienza nella gestione di team di sales specialist, inside sales e/o customer success;
- Solido approccio analitico e familiarità con l'analisi di dati economici;
- Buona conoscenza di Excel;
- Buona conoscenza di Hubspot (o di altra piattaforma di marketing automation).
