We are currently seeking an AS400 Operations System Admin Lead who will report to Ops Project Manager as part of our dynamic team in Milan or Florence. Your opportunity  You will join Kering Technologies Global Operations Team which is in charge of keeping Kering information systems platforms (including Brands and other stakeholders) in operational state, by meeting operational requirements (availability and performance) at a worldwide level.
How you will contribute: Manage the AS400 platform and related services, and follow its evolutionManage for the availability, continuity, capacity and security of the IT AS400 infrastructureManage the proactive monitoring, maintenance, resolution and recovery of our technical environmentsBe the interface between the Application Team for needs related to the AS400 platform, such as JDA, JDEdwards, Stealth …, and the external technical team Who you are: At least 4 years as an IBM I System Administrator, with proven experience on configuration, management, and maintenance of IBM i POWER systems, Operating system, DB2 Database, AS400 security management, BRMS, DCM and HTTP ServerKnowledgeable about POWER systems based on VIOS and LPAR: administration of HMC consoles, SAN storage, physical or virtual tape libraryFamiliar with high-availability and DR architectures based on PowerVM, PowerHA, Metro MirrorThe knowledge of performance analysis (native performance tools, iDoctor), programming languages (CLP, basic RPG/RPGLE), replication tools (IBM infosphere, Rocket iCluster) will be considered as a plusBasic knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, firewalls)A good team player, concrete, rational, and efficientFluent in English and ItalianWhy work with us?  This is an excellent opportunity to join the Kering adventure in a moment of extraordinary growth and become part of a thriving team in a global Luxury group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow.
