**Posizione**:
Per la sede di Torino/Roma, stiamo selezionando una figura di Purchasing Coordinator e Cost Controller che a diretto riporto del Responsabile del controllo di gestione della società si occupi di supervisionare e analizzare i costi dei Reparti Acquisti ed Economato delle strutture alberghiere in Italia e all'Estero, verificando e garantendo il rispetto dei costi previsti nel budget, in attinenza alle linee di prodotto definite dalla Direzione Generale e Commerciale.
Di seguito le attività e responsabilità della funzione:
- Verificare gli acquisti e il flusso delle attività relative al reparto acquisti degli hotels e resorts anche in relazione al rispetto delle procedure aziendali e dei budget assegnati
- Supervisionare le varie fasi dell'acquisto merci, dalla scelta dei fornitori, al prezzo di acquisto delle merci in coordinamento con l'ufficio acquisti centrale
- Supervisionare l'elaborazione e verificare puntualmente la reportistica riferita al food & beverage cost e agli altri costi operativi delle strutture alberghiere
- Analizzare gli scostamenti e attuare linee correttive al fine di garantire efficientamento in relazione ai costi sopra indicati e allineamento/miglioramento rispetto ai budget definiti
**Requisiti**:
- Laurea in materie scientifiche ed economiche o corso post-diploma di formazione professionale
- Consolidata pregressa esperienza in ambito logistico, economico, amministrativo preferibilmente nel settore turistico alberghiero e/o della ristorazione
- Conoscenza approfondita dei principi di gestione e pratiche inventariali e dei sistemi per la determinazione del food cost e altri costi di esercizio
- Spiccate capacità gestionali, analitiche e organizzative
- Ottima conoscenza di Excel
- Gradita conoscenza dei principi di budgeting e controllo di gestione, preferibilmente con utilizzo del metodo USALI
- Flessibilità e disponibilità alla mobilità nel territorio italiano ed estero
- Accuratezza e attenzione al dettaglio
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese sarà considerata un plus
