For our international team, we are looking for a
Financial Accounting Manager (m/f/d)  based in our Office in Milan
Your mission: ·Financial accounting for our Milan Office, include payment, working capital, cash controls and inter-company reconciliation
·Provide day to day leadership across the processing, reporting and month end closing activities for Invoice Processing, Payment Processing and Travel & Expense Processing.
·Manage the monthly financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, account balance reconciliations and report preparation
·Report accurate, timely and insightful monthly management accounts and financial updates for management review
·Collaborate with the other finance department managers to support overall department goals and objectives
·Collaborate with tax advisors and legal counsels to ensure successful tax returns and compliance
·Analyze contracts with clients, establish and maintain a process to monitor and report revenue.Insure accuracy and timeliness of reporting revenue
·Prepare summary feedback of financial statements variances to budget
·Actively review and advise on financial/accounting processes
Your qualifications: ·Minimum experience of 2+ years in accounting or related fields
·Fluent in Italian, good in English
·Strong Knowledge in local GAAP, VAT knowledge
·Accounting software system skills (in use Teamsystem Gamma Enterprise)
·Strong computer skills (e.g.MS Office)
·Strong research ability, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills
·Highly motivated, able to multi-task and work independently under deadline
