Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to support business decisions
  • Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the Global Financial Center in Poland to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Develop and implement financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or Accounting
  • 5-7 years of experience in financial accounting, preferably in an international service company or big 4 or law firm
  • Proven experience with IFRS and local GAAP
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
