Financial Planning Manager

At MotorK, we're seeking a skilled Financial Planning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you'll play a crucial role in translating our company strategy into a financial business plan, collaborating with top management to track its execution, and developing steering instruments suitable for our fast-paced and agile business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage financial business plans, ensuring alignment with company strategy and goals.
  • Collaborate with the Sales operations and Operations team to develop revenue driver models linked to non-financial KPIs.
  • Work closely with the Revenue Operations team to define quarterly Compensation plans and regularly check in with Country Managers.
  • Advise the Accounting team on accruals and ensure data consistency.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in analytics, financial planning, or strategy roles at a tech or rapidly scaling company.
  • Comprehensive finance knowledge, including P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet perspectives.
  • Expertise in HR Cost Control and Personnel Budgeting, with experience in managing and optimizing HR costs.
  • Advanced Excel/G-sheet and financial modelling skills, with experience in SQL a plus.
  • Ability to define and moderate a recurring budgeting and performance management process.
  • Fluent in English, with knowledge of European languages advantageous.
