Your day at NTT DATA You will be part of our Italian Sales Team as Client Manager and you will be responsible for all NTT solutions and services portfolio.
Your role will involve working directly with clients at various levels, building and nurturing strong stakeholder relationships with both new and existing clients.
In NTT Sales Team, you will be able to display strategic thinking capabilities, a high level of business acumen and deep knowledge of the latest trends in terms of technology sales methods and approaches.
What you'll be doing As Client Manager you will be assigned to a specific customer set/industries in order to develop our business in all technologies and services areas (Networking, Cybersecurity, Digital Workplace, Cloud, Data Center).
You will help our customers in their digital journey positioning our capabilities in technology projects and managed/support services at a local and global level.
Your main responsibilities will be: Manage and grow relationships to drive expansion and renewals across all solutions and services; Understanding client industry/business to be more effective in creating a trust partnership with our customers; Drive client solution penetration and education; Take ownership for the commercial agreement for each client; Responsible for driving client satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of the clients' buying process; Working closely with Pre-Sales team and Services team to provide the best solution/services to clients' needs; Realise revenue and margin targets through a comprehensive account management and regular sales forecast; Use NTT's sales tools (e.g.
Salesforce.com) and methodology to effectively manage the accounts, opportunities, pipelines and forecast.
To be successful in this role you are asked: Relevant experience in similar role ICT market; Experience in system integration business; Able to manage relationships with different stakeholders in large enterprise environment; Good knowledge of key business infrastructure services (Networking, Collaboration, Security; Cloud Data Center); Solid experience in negotiating with clients and technology vendors; Business acumen; Strong attitude to work in an account team coordinating internal and external resources to close sales opportunities; Stress management; Experience working with Salesforce CRM platform; Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
