Sarai parte attiva della crescita del nostro team di Learning Development, il nostro hub che si occupa di disegnare e creare oggetti formativi digitali, progettare ed erogare aule virtuali, realizzare learning path all'interno di Academy e gestire il back end di diversi LMS.
All'interno di questo contesto ti occuperai di: Immaginare come realizzare la migliore soluzione formativa possibile a seconda dei vincoli progettuali Partecipare attivamente alla creazione di Learning Object interfacciandosi con i subject-matter expert (SME) ed essere in grado di creare storyboard, script video e materiali formativi di supporto Coordinarti con un team creativo per la realizzazione degli asset visual e video indispensabili per la creazione degli oggetti formativi Individuare i criteri migliori per valutare l'efficacia dell'intervento e sviluppare gli strumenti di misurazione più adatti (test, quiz, assessment, etc) Sviluppare oggetti formativi (audio, video, scenari interattivi, etc) in SCORM grazie all'utilizzo di diversi tool (suite Articulate, Camtasia) Relazionarti con clienti e vari stakeholder per raggiungere efficacemente gli obiettivi di progetto Ricercare trend, soluzioni e strumenti utili per l'evoluzione dei processi di Learning Development, condividendo valore e conoscenza all'interno del team Stiamo cercando proprio te?
Hai maturato almeno 2/3 anni di esperienza nella gestione di progetti digital learning Conosci e sai utilizzare i principali strumenti di authoring (Articulate Storyline o Rise) e possibilmente strumenti di video editing/screen recording Hai gestito e conosci il back end di diversi LMS (esperienze con Docebo e Moodle sono considerate un plus) Hai un buon livello di conoscenza della lingua inglese Hai un approccio collaborativo e proattivo, disponibile all'ascolto e alla condivisione Ti piace dare spazio alla creatività e al pensiero divergente nella ricerca di soluzioni out of the box.
Sei una persona determinata, entusiasta di lavorare in team, appassionata di innovazione, gamification e tecnologia, con tanta voglia di mettere in campo le proprie idee.
