We are looking for Consultants who will support project managers and will join work teams specializing in risk management, operating on consulting projects for Italian and international financial intermediaries.MAIN TASKS:Support in the identification of the most appropriate KPIs for measuring and monitoring institution's profitability and risk exposure / positionAnalyze the Intermediary's risk position with techniques of Asset Liability Management to support strategic and operational decision-making and the optimization of the risk profile (Interest Rate Liquidity Risk)Support the Intermediary in Processes based on balance sheet risk forecasting methodology, both Regulatory (ICAAP, Recovery Plan and Stress Test Analysis) and managerial (Strategic Planning, Budget, Capital Allocation)TRAININGMaster's degree in economics/finance, statistics or engineeringPreferred knowledge of econometricsKnowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python) is a plusFluency in English (B2 or higher is preferred)The knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus.SOFT SKILLS:Problem solving and result oriented attitude;Excellent team working attitudeExcellent verbal and written presentation skills;LOCATION:WHAT WE OFFER:COMPENSATION, WELFARE BENEFITOur history, as well as the future, is based on the value of our people.
