Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Consultant to join our team at Prometeia. As a Risk Management Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting project managers and working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consulting projects to financial intermediaries.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze the risk position of financial intermediaries using advanced techniques such as Asset & Liability Management.
  • Develop and implement effective liquidity risk management strategies.
  • Support the realization of economic-financial and patrimonial projections using proprietary tools.
  • Identify and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance and risk position.
  • Assess the economic value of banking operators, business units, and single portfolios using Value Based Management and RAROC models.
  • Develop and implement risk reporting frameworks.
  • Manage activities related to the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP), Recovery Plan, and Stress Test Analysis.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in economics, finance, statistics, or engineering.
  • Preferred knowledge of econometrics.
  • Knowledge of bank financial statements, accounting principles, and risk management regulatory frameworks (Basel2, Basel3, International Accounting Principles, etc.).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus.
