As a prominent player in Enterprise Risk Management and Wealth & Asset Management solutions, Prometeia is seeking a Consultant to join our Bologna office, focusing on the Insurance Business Line and dedicated to insurance advisory services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conduct market analysis and evaluate offerings in asset management and insurance sectors;
  • Develop processes and service models tailored to the distribution networks of financial and insurance intermediaries.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
  • A Master's degree with outstanding academic performance in economics, finance, statistics, management engineering, or a related field.
  • Prior experience, even if limited, in a consulting firm within the banking or insurance sectors, or in Asset Management, Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Insurance roles will be advantageous.
  • Involvement in projects aimed at implementing information systems to enhance sales and consulting functions for financial or insurance intermediaries in Personal Financial Planning is a plus.
ESSENTIAL SOFT SKILLS:
  • Strong analytical and diagnostic capabilities
  • Proficient problem-solving and communication skills
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork abilities
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of an additional foreign language is a plus
