Plan and coordinate all project phases, includingdesign, installation, testing, and commissioning.
Monitor project development, controlcosts and timelines, and implement action plans to address deviations.
Validate thetechnical documentationof the project.
Generate detailedproject progress reports.
Ensure compliance withcontractual obligations, managing subcontractors and suppliers effectively.
Lead and manage theProject Team, ensuring optimal resource allocation and team performance.
Identify and mitigateproject risks, implementing preventive action plans.
OverseeQuality Environmental Managementand ensure safety compliance.
