We are looking for a highly motivated** Pricing Specialist,** reporting directly to the Pricing & Commercial policies Senior Manager.
As Pricing Specialist, you will play a key role in the go-to-market strategy definition as well in pricing analysis and commercial policy implementation, at a global level.
Your **main responsibilities and duties** include:
- Being part of a central operative and strategic team, with the key role of creating, implementing, and uploading new pricing grids and guidelines;
- Performing data analysis to deliver customer insights and make recommendations for improving the pricing strategy tailored for each acquisition channel and partner;
- Designing, maintaining and globally deploying statistical dashboards with forecasting models, diving into large amounts of data, interpreting them, deriving strategic recommendations, and identifying business cases for improving pricing driven decisions;
- Preparing the pricing papers for the top management and all the markets and discussing the pricing proposals with Countries, Regions, and Product marketing;
- Supporting, during the new products' pricing approval process, the accomplishment of the Pricing guidelines and profitability targets.
- Degree in Economics, Engineering, Math.
Master in Business Administration as a very welcome plus;
- Proficiency with MS Office suite (PPT and Excel like a pro);
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages as a plus;
- Good relational and teamwork skills, excellent time management and communication, sharp eye for details and the ability to deal with multiple tasks with accuracy and precision
