**What do we want to achieve together?**
- **Develop Pricing Strategies**: Create and implement pricing strategies tailored for solar energy products and services. Analyze market trends, competition, and customer insights to optimize pricing decisions and ensure competitive positioning in the market.
- **Market Research and Analysis**: Conduct comprehensive research on solar energy market dynamics, including regulatory changes, government policies, and technological advancements. Use findings to identify opportunities and risks, guiding strategic pricing adjustments.
- **Data Analysis and Insights**: Utilize advanced data analytics tools to derive actionable insights and forecast pricing impacts accurately. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate pricing strategy effectiveness and propose adjustments as needed.
- **Collaboration and Communication**: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align pricing strategies with business goals and market demands. Communicate pricing strategies, recommendations, and outcomes clearly and effectively to stakeholders.

**What do you need to be successful in this role?**
- **Market Knowledge**: Deep understanding of the solar energy industry, including market dynamics, regulatory environment, and competitive landscape.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the renewable energy or solar industry, demonstrating a track record of developing successful pricing strategies.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong proficiency in data analysis and modeling, with the ability to interpret complex market data and derive actionable insights.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to present and explain pricing strategies and outcomes to diverse stakeholders.
- **Collaboration**: Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve pricing strategy objectives.
