Eres Relocation Netherlands is a full-service DSP and part of a larger group of DSPs in Europe with 9 offices in Spain, Portugal, Italy, France and Germany. There are many perks of being part of a larger organisation; professionally we operate at a very high level, you could become part of the Pan-European team for immigration, or part of the Global Accounts Team. Lot's to learn and to develop.
Continue your career in the Mobility Industry with us. We are looking to add a full-time colleague to our Dutch office team: an International Mobility Coordinator, responsible for managing immigration cases on behalf of our clients. You will be serving both the client's and transferee's interests and managing the overall assistance but specifically focussing on the Visa, Immigration and Compliance service delivery.
You will be advising HR on permit options, income requirements, lead times and success rates. You will be organising document procurement & legalisations, managing case work, coordinating MVV visa pick ups at Dutch Embassies all over the globe and preparing for arrival to finalise the immigration processes. You will be working closely together with your IMC colleagues who then seamlessly take over from you, where the relocation process starts with registration town hall and the bank account opening, to continue with orientation, home finding all other settling in activities.

Your profilePersonality The role typically suits a diplomatic and communicative individual; someone who oversees processes and implications. Someone with a keen eye for detail and nuance. Someone who is well organized and not easily shaken. We are looking for a reliable personality, IT literate, down-to-earth working attitude, strong administrative skills and strong people skills are a prerequisite.
Experience We expect you to have at least 3 years of working experience in the Mobility Industry in The Netherlands and specifically with visa & immigration services.
