**Food and Beverage Director**

**Mission**:
Stiamo cercando un Food and Beverage Director, appassionato di ospitalità e di ristorazione desideroso di lavorare in un ambiente giovane e dinamico. Dovrà collaborare con le risorse interne per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali, lo sviluppo di nuovi concept, la gestione e fidelizzazione dei clienti, seguendo le politiche gestionali, commerciali e di marketing definite.
**Responsabilità principali**:
- Sviluppare e implementare strategie per il dipartimento Food & Beverage, assicurando che gli obiettivi di fatturato e margine siano raggiunti e superati.
- Gestire e supervisionare tutte le operazioni di ristorazione, inclusi ristoranti, bar e servizi di catering.
- Collaborare con lo chef e il team culinario per creare menù innovativi e di alta qualità, mantenendo standard gastronomici elevati ed il corretto pricing.
- Monitorare la qualità e garantire la soddisfazione del cliente attraverso un eccellente servizio ed attenzione ai dettagli.
- Gestire il budget F&B, controllando i costi e ottimizzando le spese operative.
- Sviluppare ed implementare piani di promozioni per le offerte F&B ed aumentare la visibilità e la capture ratio sia dei clienti in casa che dei clienti non residenti.
- Ricercare, formare e motivare il personale di servizio, garantendo un ambiente di lavoro positivo e produttivo.
- Rimanere aggiornato sulle tendenze di mercato e sui comportamenti dei clienti, apportando modifiche strategiche quando necessario.
**Requisiti**:
- Esperienza comprovata come Direttore F&B o in una posizione simile in contesti di ristorazione di alto livello.
- Ottime capacità di leadership e gestione del team.
- Attenzione alla qualità attraverso una corretta selezione e sviluppo della rete dei fornitori e dei partners.
- Eccellenti competenze organizzative e di problem solving.
- Conoscenza approfondita delle normative sanitarie e di sicurezza alimentare.
- Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente frenetico e gestire più compiti contemporaneamente.
- Eccellenti abilità comunicative in italiano e in inglese (la conoscenza di altre lingue è un plus).
- Passione per il settore della ristorazione e forte orientamento al cliente.
