BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Contribute to the development of the MTO Uber-Luxury collection, following the different steps, from materials research to protype development, samples definition and collection finalization, in continuous collaboration with the design team. Guide the selection of the suppliers aligned with the uber-luxury requirements and develop the collection in consistency with deadlines and budget constraints.

In this role, you will: Support the Director in the qualitative definition of the Bespoke and MTO uber-luxury collection, in consistency with technical features and constrains of materials and fabrics;    Guide fabrics and accessories research (i.e. vicuna, cachemire, crocodile/alligator leather, etc.) to meet commercial needs and new trends;    Coordinate and monitor the prototypes and samples production process liaising with supply chian/suppliers;   Coordinate the prototypes and samples definition and quality check (fitting);   Perform tests in fabrics;   Visit fairs to keep up-to-date on the latest fabrics proposals;   Occasionally support to sales with key clients. For this role, we're looking for someone with: At least 5 years of experience in similar roles; Fashion and/or Design School preferred; Italian, Fluent English, other languages a plus; Sensibility to elevated/high-end products; Time and process management abilities; Creativity, intuition and innovation skills; Strong personal taste and ability to translate style trends in products; Deep product knowledge (texture and materials). They also collaborate to guarantee our products possess the excellence, innovation, and attention to detail our customers expect.
